Welcome to Travel Operations! Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before booking any travel services with us. By booking with Travel Operations, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Definitions
- “Agency” refers to Travel Operations.
- “Client” refers to the individual or entity booking travel services through the Agency.
- “Supplier” refers to airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other providers of travel services.
- Booking and Payment
- Booking Process: All bookings must be made in writing or through our online platform. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking.
- Payment Terms: Payment must be made in accordance with the payment schedule provided at the time of booking. Failure to make payments on time may result in the cancellation of the booking.
- Pricing and Inclusions
- Prices: All prices are subject to availability and may change without notice until the booking is confirmed. Prices are based on current exchange rates, taxes, and tariffs.
- Inclusions: The details of what is included in the booking will be specified at the time of confirmation. This may include accommodations, meals, transfers, and activities.
- Changes and Cancellations
- Changes by Client: Any changes to the booking must be requested in writing. Changes may be subject to additional fees and availability.
- Cancellations by Client: Cancellations must be made in writing and may incur cancellation fees as specified at the time of booking.
- Changes by Agency: Travel Operations reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will endeavor to provide an alternative of equal or greater value.
- Refunds
- Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policies of the suppliers involved.
- Non-Refundable Services: Certain services such as flights, hotel bookings, and tour packages may be non-refundable. This will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Travel Insurance
- Recommendation: The Agency strongly recommends that all Clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other unforeseen events.
- Liability
- Agency Liability: Travel Operations acts as an agent for the Suppliers and is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the actions or negligence of the Suppliers.
- Client Responsibility: The Client is responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations. The Agency is not responsible for any issues arising from the Client’s failure to obtain the necessary documents.
- Force Majeure
The Agency shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government actions, or strikes.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
- Amendments
The Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying the Client in writing.
- Acceptance of Terms
By booking with Travel Operations, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
